COILED TUBING SUPER BIDIRECTIONAL JARS

The coiled tubing super bidirectional jar is a bidirectional Vibration fishing jar, and it can provide the upward and downward shock movement forces. It can be used as drilling tool (with a rotary device) or fishing jars. Most liquids can be used as power on this tool without the impact from xylene, diesel or engine oil, including foam and nitrogen. Powered by the fluid through the coiled tubing, it combats downward when pressured and combats upward when pulled. A small tension can fire this tool, it gets started bi-directionally by pumping liquids. At the high fluid volume, upward mode, it becomes a vibration puller, which can pull off the sand buried parts effectively. Downward striking force is amplified and accelerated through the internal energy storage. It also can drilling at downward mode. Typical applications include sliding sleeve shifted, jar, squeezed tubing flat and Forging shaping ,Resonance, broken plate, packer in deviated wells and Recycling steel wire rope tool.

COILED TUBING JARS

Coiled tubing jars are coiled tubing fishing tools which can generate Shock through direct pull or push. Used with Coiled tubing enhancer, it can release off stuck drill or fishing.

COILED TUBING ENHANCER

The Coiled tubing enhancer is used in combination with coiled tubing jar at coiled tubing fishing shock operations. It is pushed and pulled directly, reinforcing coiled tubing jars shock force in both directions when releasing stuck drill or fishing. The essence of it is a hydraulic spring, through sliding deformed making the jar enhancer store energy, and enhancer stored energy is released when the jar is in a free state, enhancing shock effect, improving the success rate of releasing off stuck drill.

COILED TUBING ACCELERATOR

The coiled tubing Accelerator is used in combination with unidirectional impact drill tools or coiled tubing unidirectional/ bidirectional impact hammer, for the conditions where the string is hard to bend and other tools are impossible to operate. It is used when operating depth is more than 600 feet (182.55m) or when thick coiled tubing or threaded pipe is employed.
